Quick Observation

1st pic: Party ahead, about 75 meters below the summit of the east peak, triggered a crack above that split the face. Strong south wind was blowing vertical snow columns off the south face. The wind was wrapping around and cross-loading the NE face from the west. We ran, ran, ran away and lived to ski another day. 2nd pic: avalanche debris from the week before littered the bowl. Otherwise, good skiing.
