Tracked out at Seaton

Today, we rode at Seaton. The area has seen quite a bit of traffic over the holidays and it is pretty tracked out. The riding quality was good anywhere without tracks. We dug a snow pit on a north aspect at 1700m and found 150cm of snow. The early December crust is down 60cm with 10 cm of size 2 facets about the crust. In compression tests, we produced hard results on this layer. There was light snow throughout the day and challenging visibility. We did not observe any Avalanches throughout our day.
