I’ll confirm that the biggest hazard is travel conditions. Still was a beautiful sunny day but not warm enough to soften things. No signs of instability. In northern aspects there is 3” of soft snow atop a firm crust. Crust was not reactive on the soft snow beneath. Lots of hoar on all snow surfaces.
