Quick report
Wind slab avalanche on a NE aspect at 8600’. Skier was ski cutting and triggered the slide. No falls or injuries, skier moved with it a few feet. Very strong WSW gusts and a lot of blowing snow on the ridges. It propagated 60’ wide, 5-10” deep and ran 200’. This was on a mid 30s slope.
