Found a reactive wind slab a few inches thick on east facing splits. Pit was dug approx ~1.5 m deep. ~25 degree slope, 2 finger wind slab all the way down. Slope failed at an ECT 25 five inches from the surface. Fracture surface was fairly clean, but only propagated laterally about 0.5 m. Upper slab was coherent in places but fell apart in others. There was also a significant inversion with a huge temperature gradient at about 6500 ft. Temperature above were approaching 30, temperature below in single digits over 500’ or less vertical. Low winds throughout the day.
