Quick report

Cold dry snow on true N facing aspects in the high alpine above 7500’. There was light wind throughout the day with some moderate gusts and ridgeline. Temps felt warm in the sun and the snow deteriorated significantly, in terms of coverage, below 4k. Skiing was great with minimal clouds and a sunny day.

Avalanche

Primarily observed a variety of wet slides and cornices collapses off of ridgelines and steep rocky faces that were exposed to the sun. These were observed throughout the day, in the typical expected locations.
