Quick report

Departed the lot around 9:30am with some broken clouds and warmer temps. As we gained elevation heading towards upper blue the clouds turned overcast with fog - some pockets pretty dense. We had light rain and a little bit of snow throughout the day - light mist on the ride back around 3:00pm. The conditions were nice morning with the new snow - turning quite dense by ~2pm. Will use mashed potatoes as the technical term of the day. We did not observe any instability caused by our sleds. We did get instability on the January 2nd layer in our pit.
