Emerald Lake Path

Skied from the top of Emerald Lake slide path, very good skiing above 2000m with snow becoming heavy below but still skiable. Most of the cornices had fallen down probably 1-2 weeks ago with no evidence of slab avalanches which increased confidence. Some minor cracking while cresting the ridge in the direct lee.
