Rain had stopped by 9a and then resumed around 11:30a. Some sun and cloud breaks before 10a. Clouds slowly thickened becoming obscured and fog by 11:30a. Winds were calm. Temperatures were above freezing.

Snowpack

The snow surfaces were moist, but had yet to see significant rain. No signs of instability besides snowpack tests.

Snow profile at 5,280ft in a flat meadow. HS 145cm. The top 10-13cm were moist. The January Drought Layer facets (mostly 1mm but up to 2mm) were 37cm below the surface. the Solstice crust was down 69cm. Test results: No results in Extended Column (ECTX), Deep tap sudden collapse (DTM11(SC) ↓37cm) on the JDL. See snow profile graph
