OVC/X, Temps 28, winds Strong W - lost Scarp Ridge Wx Station Comms at 1600 yesterday, HN 24 = 12" @ 1.4 H20, HST = 13 Summary: Light snow and warm temps gave way to intense snow around 0930 this AM. Snowed all day with periods of strong winds and blowing snow.
