Compression test at 2100m on a south facing aspect in 70cm of snow. Ctm20 sudden collapse down 40cm on the bottom of the highest of 2 crust layers. Another crust layer 10cm below with fist hard facets immediately underneath. South facing ridges had rocks blown onto snow surface from northerly wind event. North facing ridge top scoured to ground. Ski-able wind slab on south aspect.
Natural slab avalanche since storm ended on repeater. Loading on south faces. Most other avalanche activity appeared to be natural loose dry.
