100-165 cm deep in north aspect 50 ft down from ridgeline at 8700 ft elevation. Dug pit down to base of rocky scree. 4 cm of fresh unconsolidated down to 2 cm thick crust. Immediately crust is five fingers for 4 cms then one finger down to another thin crust at 20 cms then one finger down to 60 cms where it gets five fingers to fist soft down to base. ECT showed 27 hits to full propagation failure at the ground.
