Bruins Pass area

At times there were moderate SW winds in the ALP, transporting small amounts of snow. No cracking or slab formation observed, and no new avalanches seen. Cool temps with classic ‘dust on crust’ conditions in 8812 bowl (10-15cm new). Light wind effect in upper Ursus Major bowl, skiing well lower down (see pic). A fine day out and a decent refresh at the Pass.
