Quick report
Got up high to survey the loss of coverage over the last few days. What coverage remains up high was remarkably firm this morning before the sun hit the south face. Dimpled snow and runnels everywhere from the rain, as well as collapsing cornices. Lot's a little, old wet slides, but one large one was noticed on the NE aspect of Defiance. Good corn on the first descent, but noticeable, greasy little pinwheels on my exit. If I didn't know better, I'd say it was mid-spring.
