Not as much wind slab development as one would think however we only reached 7800'.
Very small cracks in the surface and through a wind slab on. NE aspect not bonded great to old crusty interface, but was very small.Weather

Moderate SW gusts with mostly cloudy skies with filtered sun. Few promising squalls of graupel and rhimed stellars but shut off.
Snowpack
On a northeast aspect near the summit I was able to punch my pole through the crust below about 2 feet of high quality powder. On east and southeast aspects the crust was stronger and I could not punch a pole through.. Binding to the crust was good. Our ski penetration was about 20cm, almost half of the storm snow.

We only saw 2 small avalanches on East aspects one looked to have failed during wind loading last night and the other may have been induced by solar near rocks, both were D-1, relatively harmless.
