Still better than nothing

A few avalanches were noted figure they are 24-48hrs old. Riding quality was ok, enough snow to burry the crust ~35cm but still hitting it. The wind has also ripped through the area making surface conditions very variable. Average HS was 200-230cm. Surface hoar growth was seen in most spots ranging in size from 2-3mm. The best riding was in the trees in sheltered areas. Things are improving just need more snow.
