Pulpit Knob (1) south slopes

Wind affect on uptrack.

Dug a pit on the south aspect of Pulpit 1. Layer failed 20cm down at CTM 11. We guess this is the unconsolidated storm snow from last week. We also observed a rain crust at 150cm depth, but it didn't fail on the compression test. The area appears to have been skiied heavily all weekend.
