Mount Fernie

Skied as much as we could on the shady aspect of the track and trees where the snow was more powdery. More crusty as we descended and on the sunny aspects. Top layer wasn’t bonding much to the underlying surface as mentioned by forecast. What looked to be a size 2.5/3 wet loose on the skiers left side in the sun from before today as it was covered in overnight drifts.
