Dolomite shoulder

We skied Dolomite Shoulder, morning was calm and clear at the base and got colder and windy through the day. Stuck to the trees up to the shoulder and skinned up the very wind affected ridgeline. Above 2300m, snow was wind swept and scoured on the ridge, hard pack skiing down but hit no rocks. Below 2300m snow was deep and powdery in the trees, with great turns and coverage. Snow got wet/heavy at valley bottom, enough coverage to ski to the road.
