Here are some views of the usually popular early season terrain south of Tony Grove Lake. The nearby Snotel station reads only 3" of total snow, which appears to be an accurate representation of the coverage in the area...
We need a bit more snow for avalanches to become a problem and avalanche terrain to even become accessible. In the mean time, dust off the gear, put new batteries in your beacon, check the range, and think snow.....
