Observation: Wills Hill

Overall good signs in the snowpack. No signs of instability during CT and PWL was non-reactive. Northerly aspects provided good riding on recycled powder, all other aspects were an unforgiving crust. The flats near the ponds are growing some pretty epic surface hoars, but were not prevalent on slopes surrounding the area.
