Observed an avalanche on the Silver Fork Headwall. Unsure of when it ran, but I don't see it submitted, and it looks to be relatively new. The avalanche appears to have stepped down as a result of some sort of dry loose avalanche triggered above. The avalanche likely ran on the graupel layer, which my team and I observed in a snow pit lower in the drainage, but I'm not sure. Wind seems to have also played a role in loading the particular area.
