Rowe bowl and shoulder

<p>Mount Rowe offered good skiing on sheltered aspects in the shoulder below about 2000m. Snow above this, or in less sheltered areas, was hard and wind affected.
We skied a steep line into the bowl which was sheltered enough to have some softer wind affected snow, but was pretty variable and not great. We skied back onto the shoulder to enjoy two good laps in the trees. There's plenty of up and down tracks out there, but still a lot of good turns.
Wind was on and off at ridge top, seemingly mostly in the strong range, blowing snow at top of treeline and alpine into outer space. Some whumphing in the trees low down on our way up on low angle terrain.
