Commonwealth - Not Good (but not bad)

We rode the Commonwealth Loop on a mostly cloudy day with pretty decent travel on a mix of soft and firm snow. The creek crossing were not an issue, but there is still lots of open water that could pose a hazard. You could certainly still find the odd rock, but mostly coverage was good. Riding was a mix of wind affected (alpine) to powder (treeline and below). The exit drainage was sufficiently covered to descend without much issue.

Some flurries around noon with very small total accumulation (<1cm). Sun in the morning and -15°C at the car (1850m) in the a.m. Returned early afternoon to 0°C. Light to moderate winds at the pass.
