Boundary Lake/Shoulder

Started off skinning into Boundary Lake, thin coverage along the creek and on the moraines. Hiked towards the back of the valley, coverage varies from 0-70cm. Several 0.5-1.5 avalanches from the eastern cliffs on Boundary Peak. Traversed over the shoulder of Boundary and skied NE from ~2400m. Mediocre snow in the alpine with variable coverage, snow at and below treeline was incredible. Quick snow pit on the south slope had crust layers at 5cm and 15cm down (unreactive), with the bottom 50cm being a solid column.
