Observed pinwheeling, wind slab, icicles on trees, a hard icy crust 15-35cm down depending on the place, and too many people (six!).
Powder was very dry and light in sheltered areas away from the sun.
Made for amazing skiing. Had to take skis off for descending when the trees became too dense after coming down the ridge of Flatiron, and bootpacking down was not easy either because of the icy crust underneath the light dusting of powder making it very slippery.
