Brooklyns North: 35cm average height of snow (West~10,500ft). 5cm melt-freeze crust on the surface perched on well-developed facets below. Moist grains were found from top to bottom. Boot pen achieved to ground. Full-depth faceted snowpack without crust layers found on intermediate aspects.
Silver Ledge Mine: 55cm average height of snow (East ~11,000ft.). 5cm melt-freeze crust on the surface, found to be more developed than the west aspect, plus rounding-facets layered below. Moist grains could be identified throughout the entire profile. Mostly faceted but with discernible hardness changes, creating some potential resilient structure to full-depth releases. Boot supportability remains poor at 50cm.
