Quick Observation

Spotted in a weather window, a Size 2.5 avalanche that made it to valley bottom out of a north facing slope. Some pretty impressive chunks of debris some as large as a sled. Visibility went to almost zero so we retreated. The road up to Bryant lake has a couple big holes along it from people digging out while riding this past weekend!

Avalanche Information

The bed surface has been filled back in by continuing South winds so it was hard to know how deep, but blocks in the debris looked up to a meter!
