Up and Over

Good travel conditions, moderate avalanche hazard in the Alpine and a beautiful day at Allen Creek allowed us to venture further west into complex terrain. The 5cm of snow from overnight was being redistributed by southerly winds. In the Alpine, we found small reactive wind slabs. We're still finding pockets of soft snow in sheltered areas.
