Observation: State Line Bowl

We found last week's rain crust buried under 2" of low density powder. Turns were overall pleasant. The basal facets were rounding and bonding nicely. ECT was without activity in the deep layers. Mild wind scouring was present on the ridge line, but we did not encounter any windslab on the slopes we skied.
