Slab on top of a crust/facet multilayered sandwich. The biggest concern is still the facets on top of the Thanksgiving crust. Very weak interface with little change in strength. ECTP 16.
Snowpack
- Instability Comment
-
The snowpack in the bowls is exactly the same as we've been observing everywhere. Slab on top of facets.

The snow surface on the west face is a hodgepodge of breakable wind crusts and punchy shallow rotten snow.
The bowls are still shallow but skiable. Less wind hammered but mixed bag of soft snow and wind jacked.
