- <p>Thin and weak snowpack at the low/mid elevations with two weak layers of concern: the SH/NSF on depth hoar buried January 10, and melt layer recrystallization NSF below January 23 rain crust. A slab in some places, others not yet. Growing weaker even with hot temps.</p>
