Quick report
AAS avalanche rescue course with 3 students and 2 instructors. We did not notice any recent avalanches, though visibility was poor. We found about a foot of low density new snow, with little to no wind effect in the flats below blueberry knoll. Firm crusts below the new snow were still noticeable. Though new snow was not bonding well to the old snow interface, the new snow didn't seem to have slab-like properties.
