On Saturday in Upper Blue Creek. A rider-triggered avalanche high on the slope carried a snowmobiler to the bottom, where he was able to self-recover. The rider was partially buried (to the waist) after being carried over 50 yards down slope. The rider deployed an airbag. On Sunday, we saw two natural avalanches in the Lionhead Area.
