Quick report

Some signs of instability - no cracking today, but we traveled cautiously for 45 miles. Recent snow up to 20" of low density tapering to 6" in the open flats. Light winds under clear skies was still transporting some new snow. Overall we have a decent base in the open/flats thanks to the heavy wet early snow - and had settled during the recent warm spell. The notorious murderers row in 2nd yellow mule was relatively intact other than 1 recent release. February size wind lips, hangfires, drifts and loading up there and throughout the terrain! Thank you GNFAC! ~T.J.

The north facing drop in of first yellow mule to the east of where folks drop in the regular "trail" down into the mule slid naturally. Could have been from a rider up top nearing the edge of the cliff band. No pics. 10-20" crown down to the ground.
