I was just curious what the wind loaded SE aspects looked like under the surface. I found a shallow snowpack with multiple rain and melt freeze layers with a knife hard melt freeze ice at the base. It was interesting both because of the aspect and the low elevation.

I dug a second pit in Bear Trap due north at 9100' and got ECTX and a PST52/100 End on PWL.
