Beautiful warm, sunny day out at Paulina today. It was 50 degrees! I snowmobiled in on Trail 11 and it is still covered with snow. Then I skinned into the NW bowl and was able to find some dry, wind effected snow and made some fun ski turns. Snow in the sun and near warm trees was warm (down 5cm) and snow in shaded trees had a melt freeze crust.
