Quick report
Toured up Taylor Pass to Goldpan. Observed evidence of a recent glide crack avalanche release off of Sunburst (SW face) that buried the previous skin track up to Taylor Pass in 2-3 feet of debris. Taylor Pass was wind stripped and the tour up the North spur of Gold Pan required booting on icy exposed shale. South/SouthWest aspects of Goldpan had little to no wind effect. 1.5 feet of soft dry snow over a supportable crust layer.
