Headed up to Shotgun Chutes. Observed heavy wind loading at top of chutes out of the ESE loading the start zones of the chutes. Dug a pit 300' below summit @ 10k on N aspect. ECTP 14, down 40cm failing on decomposing graupel layer, the block pulled out with some energy. Line was later skied by a different party with no consequence. The term scary moderate comes to mind.
