Saw two avalanches between 1:30 - 2 on the south side of LCC while we were climbing on the north side in the Gate Buttress area. I'm not sure of the starting location but both seemed to start at a relatively low elevation where temps were probably in the low 60s at the time. They were limited in size and while I didn't see the starting locations, seemed mostly confined to the lower elevations. I saw a moose running from the debris pile of one of them.
