Quick report

Red Flags
Recent Avalanches, Heavy Snowfall, Wind Loading, Rapid Warming, Poor Snowpack Structure

Travels today were Davenport/Oingo Boingo/ Main Days/ Etc.

Noted density inversions in the new snow early on in the day and observed several 8-18" crowns throughout our travels, likely skier triggered in Jaws, Oingo Boingo, and Main Days. I expectedly triggered an adjacet soft slab in Main Days to the previous avalanche, approx 100ft wide and running slowly down approx 300 vert. I was able to ski safely out to the side without incident. We triggered several predictable push-a-lanches with ski cuts. Of note travel today was with a team of 4 with excellent communication.

Image #1 Jaws crown approx 18 " deep 30 ft wide assumed skier triggered

Image #2 Oingo Boingo appox 8-10" 20 ft wide assumed skier triggered

Image #3 Main Days approx 200ft wide approx 12" deep and ran 400ft
