- <p>New snow seemed to bond well with rain crust. The crust is mostly supportable which greatly helps out during these admittedly low tide conditions. Had one collapse on Prelude. </p> <p>Forecaster note: With our poor snowpack structure, collapsing indicates failure on a persistent weak layer. </p>
