Dug a practice pit outside Lookouts boundaries around 5100., S aspect, 21 degree slope Roughly 2 cm of new snow on top of a thin m/f crust (79-77cm). 16 cm of snow following the rain event (77-61cm). 15 cm rain saturated snow between the crusts (58-56cm--41cm-39cm), with a dense over weak setup up in the wet layers. Located the 3nd rain crust (29-23cm) and basal facets at the ground.
