Quick report
Skied east aspects, south was starting to get a slight crust at the low elevations (even on low angle slopes). Snow was mostly right side up but you could still feel the spongey storm slab above the Feb 18 interface. Hand shears revealed the slab to be faily cohesive on an east aspect with a depth of about 16 inches, but it was fairly well bonded to the interface. No much of a crust for Feb 18 on the east aspects.

NW winds blowing aloft, fairly calm below 9k'. Scattered clouds in the high peaks (mostly banner clouds in a NW flow above 10k'). Sun was definitely hitting southerly aspects around midday.
Snowpack
Wind slab developement in Chute the Moon (1-2 ft) but not so much in Turkey Chute. Southerly aspects on Wister looked planar and were taking on some energy from the sun, no natural activity observed. SE aspect of 10696 was partially obscured by banner cloud formation, seemed like there could be some cross loading and light wind effect on surface.
