Quick report
Travel was up days fork into some of the lowest tree skiing, then out Cardiff around midday. Not much snow accumulation, but the few inches of surfy high density snow we did ski was not bonding well to the old snow surfaces. Generally those were windboard, crusts, and facets. Photo below of an easily triggered sluff near the ridgeline running on faceted snow. Once we have a slab (and in areas in the wind zone that already do), this is a great recipe for avalanches.
