Quick report

Toured to the top of School Bus Gully at 4200' and found 6-10 inches of new snow atop old wind affected snow.  New snow was low density, mostly unaffected by wind and showed signs of moderate to good bonding to old wind affected surfaces despite snowfall only stopping a few hours before observation.

Buried surface hoar below 3000' did not yet have a sufficient slab to show signs of instabilty or be a concern.  Hasty hand pits repeatedly gave moderate results where slight cohesion was evident due to light wind and no results where snow was unaffected by wind.
