Quick report
- Collapsing
- isolated
Weak layer at 30 cm from the base with facets, full propagation in ECT. Observed in snow pit and several hand pits. Isolated observation of collapsing. Primarily stayed on Northern slopes as last week multiple slides occurred on Southern aspects. No avalanches where observed in the area but with poor stability tests we stayed conservative on lower angle slopes. Stay cautious in the deeper snow around monument when in higher angle terrain as the snow pack settles. Faceted layer at 30 cm that fully propagated in test. Facets observed on multiple slopes with one incident of settling/collapsing no significant movement or recent avalanches observed.
