N-AST-y Gals saw 1 small avalanche

Out for AST-1 course hands on training. Did not ride the area we skinned into. Slab avalanche spotted in the backcountry near Powder King. Aspect: East Slope: aprox. 39 degrees Band: alpine Avulator: extra-caution Whumps reported by a group in the area a few hours earlier, and again by members of our group.
