South east

We were on the back side of south east today, new snow was wind affected. 10cm wind slab was reactive, easy results on compression tests, hand shears, and burp test. There are some facets sitting on a crust close to the ground as well. Got hard results with this layer. Probably not a good idea to jump on steep alpine features right now. Winters here!
