Crust if you must Mt Myra

Wonderful sunny day up on Mt Myra in Strathcona Park. The snow was not so amazing as a widespread hard and deep crust made for some very icy firm turns. Even the sunny skies could not penetrate or soften the crust enough on solar aspects to make the touring comfy. Just great to be outside with friends but watch the steeps as the firm surface is treacherous.
